I’m Mika Ross, and I help people get their happy back.

If you're here, you probably have a sense that things could be better but are overwhelmed and not sure how to get there or where to start.

Come on in and poke around. I’ve created some free resources to help you get started moving in a better-feeling direction today. I hope we can help you create a life and relationships that don’t leave you feeling frustrated, resentful, and depleted. Whether we work together online or in person, I hope you'll feel comfortable and understood (I hear, “IT’S LIKE YOU’RE IN MY BRAIN,” and “DO YOU HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS IN OUR HOUSE?” a lot) and definitely not judged. Tears, tantrums, and F-bombs are welcome.

Also, expect to laugh a little.

If I can get there, anyone can…

I am not a morning person, I grew up in a highly dysfunctional family (BOTH of my parents have been married THREE times), I have BIG feelings, physical touch IS NOT my love language, boundaries were discouraged in my family of origin, I can have a sharp tongue, “you complete me” used to be my favorite movie line, I wear mustache filters and Karen wigs on the internet to help people feel less alone in their relationship struggles, I have unreasonably high standards of cleanliness (but only when company is coming), and I came into adulthood wanting to avoid conflict like the plague.

If I can have happy relationships, anyone can. I am also talking about the relationship we have with the person in the mirror (I work with individuals, too).

Great relationships are REAL, IMPERFECT, and MESSY, but in the least relationally damaging and most fun and accepting way possible. Most of us aren’t taught to do feelings, conflict, or mental health well (I sure wasn’t), and I’ve made it my mission to help.
